The BIG Sheep has been temporarily closed under government guidance due to an outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19). We closed on Monday, 23rd March 2020.
We are continually reviewing our reopening plan according to the latest government advice and will only open if it is considered safe to do so.
A number of new measures have been put in place at the park and we will not be reopening as usual, i.e. indoor spaces will remain closed. All our staff have also undergone Covid-19 specific training in order to keep you safe on site.

We are operating a new policy whereby only two people, or one group, is allowed into our toilet blocks at any one time.
Yes absolutely! As before, you are welcome to bring your own food to eat in our field, marked out with new safe social spaces for you and your family to enjoy. Alternatively, food will be available from our two kiosks on site.
Following recent government announcements, EWEtopia Indoor Playground is now permitted to open. We run time limited periods within the play, allocated to you upon arrival.
Some of our rides are closed for the time being until we are confident that we can operate them safely and hygienically. As soon as they’re open again we’ll let you know!
Regarding shows, please check our show page for further information. If there is something you really want to do or see we always recommend calling in advance to check our daily schedules.
Our season ticket holders will have their memberships automatically extended by the same length of time for which the park will have been shut for once we reopen. You will receive an email letting you know your new expiry date.
Your membership will automatically extend.
Of course! An annual membership is £40 for adults and children over 3ft, while pay monthly memberships incur an upfront payment of £13.95 followed by 11 payments of £3 per month. This is a great deal, especially if you live locally and are likely to be visiting us many times over the coming months.
Your tickets will be automatically transferred over to the new event date if one has been organised. You will be contacted about this; alternatively please email [email protected] letting us know what event you have purchased tickets for, along with your reference number, and we will advise.
Yes, general admission tickets will be extended to December 31st 2021. For queries regarding other ticket types including VIP passes and tickets purchased via The Voice, please email [email protected]
Tickets purchased during our February 29th 2020 Leap Year offer have also been extended to December 31st 2021.
Yes, please select the prepaid option on our ticketing platform, this includes you in our reduced capacity for your chosen session. You will require your Big Sheep booking bar code and Tesco QR code upon arrival.
We are unable to accept any discounts at present, this includes Blue Peter badges, holiday park staff and any discount vouchers. This is temporary, discounts will resume when we are able to open in our regular manner.

Dogs are not permitted on site. We have basic kennels available directly opposite the car park entrance. We ask you bring your own bowl, bedding and padlock to use these. These are on a first come, first serve basis, they are not manned by a member of staff. We kindly ask you to sanitise the kennel once finished.
